Return Policy

1. Custom Orders

  • All items are custom-made based on individual specifications and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or do not match the order.

2. Defective Products

  • If the item is defective or doesn’t match the order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a return or replacement.
  • We will assess the item, and if eligible, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Process

  • Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it within 2 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer's responsibility, except for defective products.
